Transactions

All listings, communications, negotiations, and transactions occur directly between users. You assume all risks related to buying, selling, meeting in person, or exchanging goods.

5. Prohibited Items & Conduct

You agree not to post, offer, or request:

Prohibited Items

• Illegal goods or services under Canadian law
• Stolen property
• Weapons, ammunition, or controlled substances
• Fraudulent, misleading, or counterfeit items
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Live animals, unless explicitly permitted by law

Prohibited Conduct

• Spamming or bulk posting
• Using bots, scrapers, or automation
• Harassment, threats, or abusive messages
• Circumventing platform security or moderation systems

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

6. User Content & Licence

You retain ownership of content you post.

Fliku makes no warranties regarding:

• User behaviour
• Item quality, safety, or legality

10. Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
